How do I place an order?
1: Add products to your cart by selecting your required quantities and clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
2: Click on the cart to review your order and check out.
3: Proceed to checkout by signing up or signing in and follow the prompts to enter your contact details, delivery address and payment method.
4: Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders can be placed anytime, anywhere. Those placed before 5pm AEDT will be delivered the following business day. If your order is required a different day or a specific time, please leave a message at checkout under "Delivery Instructions" with the required date and time.

How much is delivery and where do you deliver?
Home delivery fees and postcodes are listed below. Please note that these are NOT wholesale delivery fees. For all wholesale enquiries please submit the enquiry form under the wholesale tab.

When do you deliver?
Our delivery days are Monday to Friday. Please ensure you place your order before 5pm AEDT the day before your required delivery day. If you require your order a different day or specific time, please leave a message at checkout under "Delivery Instructions" with the required date and time.
Can I click and collect?
As we are in the process of renovating our store, we do not currently offer pick-up.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Under the Wholesale tab you will find the relevant links to redirect you to Fresho where you can place wholesale orders. For all wholesale enquiries please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit our enquiry form.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
To modify your order contact us ASAP at email@example.com or call (03) 5962 4808. As we offer next day delivery for all orders, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply for orders cancelled 24 hours before the required delivery date. Orders placed for a future date will allow free cancellations up until the 24 hour mark.
Can I return a product?
Refunds, replacements and credits are issued if a product that you ordered is damaged, out of date or substandard. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can resolve the matter and organise a refund, replacement or credit if required.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or errors made in your order that were on your behalf. It is only at our discretion that we may allow returns for a credit, refund or a replacement, under the circumstances that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, the product is not damaged in any way and it is in it’s original packaging and unused.
If a product that you ordered is missing and you have not been notified that it is unavailable or out of stock, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and we will investigate the issue.
For all refunds made, please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to transfer.
